The owner of Villa Prana Bali, Franziska, is conductiong the Iyengar style of Yoga. We offer private Yoga lessons at Villa Prana Bali and group classes twice a week only 5 min. drive away. Yoga retreats at Prana Dewi Resort
The Yoga day starts early with Health Meditation, followed by Pranayama (breathing exercise) and the Asana-class (poses). The afternoon class will concentrate on restaurative poses.
